Crockpot Balsamic Brisket

This recipe has a great combination of spices, beef broth, and balsamic vinegar – which makes a perfect mix of flavors. Don’t miss out on this one … it is great to eat on quesadillas, hamburgers, tostadas, or just by itself!

1 Lb of Brisket Meat.
1/4 Cup of Balsamic Vinegar.
2 Cups of Beef Broth
1 Tablespoon of Thyme
2 Bay leaves
1 Tablespoon of garlic powder
1 Tablespoon of Pepper
1 Tablespoon of Cumin
1/2 Tablespoon of Crushed Red Pepper.
Salt.
Add all of the above ingredients to your crock pot, and let it cook for at least 4 hours on high heat, or 8 hours on low heat. Shred and enjoy!
