Crockpot Beef Burgundy

This crockpot version has the deliciousness and flavor of being worked on all-day. Go ahead let your family think you worked hard on this one. To top it off, I serve this with bread and a side salad.

1 10 oz pkg pearl onions
2 lbs stew meat or top round steak cut into cubes
1 large onion cut into slices
1 heaping tsp minced garlic or 2 cloves
2 Tbsp olive oil
2/3 cup flour
2 can of beef consume
1 cup Burgundy or dry red wine (you can use cooking wine if preferred)
4 Tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp Carrie’s Seasoning
2 bay leaves
8 oz pkg of mushrooms
1 pkg of egg noodles cooked
