Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

A creamy meal served over rice or noodles. Start it on low in the crock pot in the morning and it will be ready for dinner!

1 pound cubed beef stew meat
2 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 packet onion soup mix
boullion cube
salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic to taste
4 ounces cream cheese
dollup sour cream
1. In a slow cooker, combine the meat, soup, onion, worcestershire sauce, water, onion soup mix, boullion, salt, pepper, and garlic. 2. Cook on low setting for 5-6 hours. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream just before serving.

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
