Autumn wouldn't be complete without an apple cider recipe. Mix that with caramel = pure joy! The best part is, you can make this in the crock pot. It makes such a lovely smell in the house and is a wonderful treat on a cold fall day.

8 cups Apple Cider
1 Tablespoon ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon ground cloves
3 Tablespoons Caramel Sauce
Optional: Cinnamon sticks for serving

1) Mix all ingredients together in your crockpot
2) Cook on low for 5 hours
3) Serve with a cinnamon stick and YUM!
