Crockpot Pork Ribs with Zesty BBQ Sauce

I love ribs, my husband loves them more! I finally bit the bullet and decided to try making them. They turned out pretty yummy I must say. And yes, another crock pot meal. As summer approaches I am embracing my crock pot more than ever. I work mainly in the summer so I’m really loving the idea of having dinner in there! And the bonus is that it doesn’t heat up your kitchen making your AC work overtime or not having AC! AUGH! But, quite honestly I don’t want a heavy roast in the summer so

2-4 pounds of pork ribs
1 C chili sauce
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp ground coriander
3/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tsp chili powder
2 Tbsp hot mustard (I used a spicy brown)
1/2 C dark corn syrup
1/4 C vinegar (I used white wine but apple cider would be great in this)
1/4 - 1/2 C brown sugar depending on your tastes
2 Tbsp corn starch
1/4 C water
1 C chili sauce
2 Tbsp minced garlic

Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray
Place meat in crock pot
Mix together chili sauce, garlic, peppers, coriander, chili powder, mustard, corn syrup, sugar, and vinegar.
