No need to heat up the kitchen on a hot Texas Summer day. Use the crockpot!

1 3-5lb chuck roast (any roast will do)
1 pack Dry Ranch Dressing
1 pack dry aus jus mix
1 stick butter
5 pepperoncini peppers (optional, but good!)
1 pack Dry Ranch Dressing
1 pack dry aus jus mix
1 stick butter
5 pepperoncini peppers (optional, but good!)
Put roast in crockpot
Sprinkle with ranch and au jus packets
place stick of butter on top with pepperoncini's
cook on low 7-8 hours
