Crostata with Peaches & Berries – so easy to make! Also known as galette, rustic pie or rustic tart. Served with a big dollop of vanilla ice cream, this is my go-to summer dessert!

For the crust
1½ cups (188g) all-purpose flour
2 tbsp (25g) granulated sugar
? tsp Salt
6 tbsp (0.75 stick; 85g) cold unsalted butter
¼ cup (60ml) ice water
For the crumbs
? cup (42g) all-purpose flour
¼ cup (0.5 stick; 57g) cold unsalted butter
4 tsp (17g) brown sugar
For the filling
3 peaches
1 cup (about 150g) mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
? cup (67g) dark brown sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 tbsp (about 20g) all-purpose flour
To brush
2 tbsp (30ml) heavy cream
2 tbsp (25g) coarse brown sugar
