Crostini alla Prosciutto Mozzarella Crema Balsamica Arugula

A refreshing light appetizer. Easy to make and easy to eat.

• 10" baguette
• 2 slices of prosciutto
• 1 ball of ovoline
• 2 oz of arugula (about a handful)
• 2 oz crema balsamica
• 1 tblspn of romano
• 2 tblspn of butter
• take your bread and slice on the bias, this is a diagonal slice. You want the width of the bread slices to be about that of your finger • take the bread and place on cooking sheet • using a knife, spread a little dab of butter on each piece of bread • put the pan in the oven at 350 degress for 5 minutes. • after removing from the oven, add the prosciutto then a little brush of butter and put back in oven for a few more minutes - this will release the juices of the prosciutto • remove from the oven and take a piece of argula and arrange on top of prosciutto • slice you oviline ball into token circular pieces and arrange 1 slice of cheese on top of the arugula • drizzle the balsamic on top and then sprinkle with romano
