Ingredients for Crumb Topping:

1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons (equivalent to 1 stick) butter, melted
1 and 3/4 cup cake flour

Ingredients for Cake:

1/3 cup low fat sour cream
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup cake flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter, softened
crumbs (see ingredients above)
Powdered sugar, for dusting over the crumbs after the cake has been baked
