Crumble Apple Pie with Homemade Cinnamon Whipped Cream

A perfect flaky crust with a crunchy crumble topping. Finish it off with some cinnamon whipped cream to bring in the much desired creaminess.

Pie Crust
2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup shortening
6 tablespoons cold butter, grated

Filling
5-6 apples
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar

Topping
3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, softened

Cinnamon Whipped Cream
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1/3-1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon
