1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cups quinoa, uncooked
1 red bell pepper diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup peanuts
1 lime

Dressing
1/4 creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons low sodium sauce
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon olive oil
