2 lbs. chicken breasts, cut into strip or tenderloins
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups polenta
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup coconut oil or vegetable oil

For Dipping Sauce:
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup stone ground mustard
1 tablespoon maynnaise
