4 lbs pork loin sliced
Marinade for porkloin:
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/3 cup lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teapoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon cumin
For sandwich:
1 lb sliced deli ham
Swiss cheese
Pickles
Hoagie rolls or french baguette cut up.
Mustard
Marinade for porkloin:

For sandwich:
1 lb sliced deli ham

Slice pork into 1/4 " slices. Mix marinade in gallon ziplock bag and add pork.
Marinade 10 minutes while getting the rest of the ingredients ready.
