A tuna salad sandwich elevated with the addition of curry and apple

4 rolls
2 Tbs. butter
2 cans white tuna, drained
1 small apple or 1/2 large apple, chopped
2 Tbs. celery, diced fine
6 Tbs. mayonnaise
2-3 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbs. chopped cilantro
kale sprouts (optional)
2 Tbs. butter
2 cans white tuna, drained
1 small apple or 1/2 large apple, chopped
2 Tbs. celery, diced fine
6 Tbs. mayonnaise
2-3 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbs. chopped cilantro
kale sprouts (optional)
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Butter each roll with 1/2 Tbs. butter. Place butter side down in frying pan and toast until brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove.
