This easy recipe is delicious and quick, made from ingredients already in your pantry.

2./3 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 2 tbsp HOT water
3 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 -1 1/3 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
In mixer add sugar, brown sugar and butter. Cream together. Add eggs, vanilla and salt. Mix. Add the baking soda dissolved in HOT water. Mix. Slowly add flour. Once dough is combined add chocolate chips. Place balls of dough on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 11 minutes or until lightly golden.

2 c all purpose flour

1 (½ t) baking powder
