These delicious muffins are packed with flavor and super simple to whip up! Plus, they’re made with Greek Yogurt instead of oil!

3-4 medium bananas
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp Greek Yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup dark chocolate cocoa powder (unsweetened may be substituted)
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup mini chocolate chips
