The very first time that I tried chocolate zucchini muffins was about six months ago and I fell in love! My local produce store used to sell baked goods from a friend and those muffins looked really good. So, I tried one! Ever since then, I have been wanting to make some myself. 3 eggs
4 oz of dark chocolate, melted
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups of flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
