24
The absolute easiest recipe for the most delicious and decadent muffins you'll ever bake! Go Lactose and Dairy-free easily with this recipe by substituting walnuts in place of chocolate chips!
12
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips (*walnuts may be substituted for Dairy-free alternative)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips (*walnuts may be substituted for Dairy-free alternative)
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Ensure there are no little pockets of dry ingredients left!
2. Preheat oven to 350° F.
3. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper muffin or cupcake liners.
4. Evenly distribute your muffin batter into each of the 12-cups in your muffin pan.
5. Place your muffin tray on the middle rack in the center of your oven.
6. Bake at 350° F for approximately 23 minutes (times may vary depending on your oven, so keep an eye on your muffins!)
7. Banana Chocolate Chip muffins are ready when you stick a toothpick in and there is no wet batter residue on it, and when they are golden brown in color with a semi-crisp muffin top. (Keep in mind the chocolate chips will be melted, so you are only checking that the batter is not still wet!)
8. Careful - they are hot! Let muffins stand for 3-5 minutes before devouring. Enjoy!
