Luscious strawberry filling inside light and airy crepes.

For the crepes
1 cup flour*
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tbs vanilla
2 tbs melted butter
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of water
2 eggs
pinch of salt
For the Filling
1 pint of strawberries, sliced
1 cup of powdered sugar
1/2 tbs vanilla
1/4 light corn syrup

*We used gluten free all purpose flour
