Delicious Chicken Manchow Soup

1 cup Chicken (steamed and shredded)
4 cups Chicken Stock
1tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
1tsp Garlic (finely chopped)
1tsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Carrot (grated)
2 tbsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Mushrooms (finely chopped)
2 Spring Onions (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Corn flour
1/4 tsp Aginomotto
1/2 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Black Pepper
Salt to taste
1. In the bowl, take 1/2 cup water, cornflour, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Keep it aside. 2. In a pan fry ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and green chilies for 2 minutes. 3. All carrot, capsicum and mushrooms and some salt . Fry for 2 minutes 4. Add chicken to vegetable mixture. Mix well. Add chicken stock. Boil it for sometime. 5. Add cornflour mixture and stir it constantly till it thickens. 6. Garnish with spring onions. 7. Serve hot.
