1/2 cup (60 grams) all purpose flour
1/2 block of fresh yeast (or can use 2 1/4 tsp dry instant yeast or active instant yeast 2 tsp)

Mix 1/2 cup flour, yeast / yeast and warm water. Stir well. Cover with a dry and clean towel and let stand until foamy and fluffy like a soft sponge.
