Delicious Garden Pie

This is a scrumptious recipe to use produce from your garden. This could be called a leftover garden pie. The crust is herbed with Italian seasonings. Put this pie together for a crowd and watch it vanish. My family loved this dinner!

Pie dough for a single crust with one tablespoon Italian herbs mixed in
4-5 small tomatoes, sliced
1 small onion
2 cloves diced garlic smashed
1/2 cup shredded zucchini
1/2 pepper diced
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled or( ham 1/4 to 1/2 cup)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6 large basil leaves, torn into small pieces
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup pepper jack cheese, grated
