Delicious Goulash

This Goulash is an 'everything-but-the-kitchen-sink' kind of meal and it's delicious! Most all the ingredients are pantry staples and you've probably got them on hand!

1-1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 diced green pepper
1/2 diced red pepper
1/2 diced onion
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. rosemary leaves
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 c. water
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can pieces and stems mushrooms (drained)
1 (24 oz) ketchup
1 (28 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
4 c. cooked macaroni
