Delicious Peanut Butter Granola

A great way to start your morning. Make ahead to have a quick breakfast on the go ready all week!

2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
1/3 c. sliced almonds
2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. dry roasted unsalted peanuts (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. real maple syrup
1/4 c. natural peanut butter
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. vanilla
