Delicious and healthy morning with this delicious pumpkin pancakes will make you feel soo good!!

1 1/2 lb. pumpkin
1 liter of water
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon butter)
1 cup flour
3 tablespoons cinnamon powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 liter of water

Cut pumpkin into pieces. Wash it. Combine it with a liter of water and a tablespoon of salt. Put and covered on high heat for 20 minutes. Take it out, drain and mashed. Add butter, sugar, egg, flour, cinnamon, baking powder and milk. Blend it well. In a pan heat the oil add and add the mixture by spoonfuls and frying it until golden brown. (About 2 minutes). Put them on absorbent paper towel. Serve with raspberry sauce if you desire and decore with mint julep.
