Deliciously Low Fat Banana Bread

Using the browned butter method in this recipe, you can make a low fat and delicious banana bread.

1/2 cup fat free butter spray
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar substitute (I used Splenda)
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 whole egg white
2 medium bananas (5 to 7 inches)
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
