Dilly Pickle Dip

This dip is super simple to make, but be warned- it is super addictive! Goes great with plain, rippled chips or veggies.

Sour cream (1-500ml container, full fat)
5 large dill pickles (finely chopped by hand or in a food processor)
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon dill (dry or fresh)
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and serve right away, or let sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour for more flavour.
