Are you ready for my favorite pie recipe? I grew up eating this pie at a local (now defunct) restaurant in my area called Tippin's. Anybody? My family and I used to go there after church when I was a kid and we almost always saw people we knew from our church there. Ah, those were the days! 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 frozen, deep dish pie crust
