Double-Chocolate Brownie Batter Oats

These are SO good and healthy!

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup almond milk, or sub another milk
1/2 teaspoon truvia, or sub another sweetener
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoons dry brownie mix (or additional 1 teaspoon cocoa powder)
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
Optional: small handful of miniature chocolate chips
In a small bowl, whisk together the applesauce, vanilla, milk, truvia, cocoa powder, and dry brownie mix until combined. Stir in the oats. Place into a tighly re-sealable jar or tupperware in the fridge...
