Ingredients:
1/2 Cup butter (Softened to room temperature)
1/2 Cup granulated sugar
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1 large egg (Room temperature)
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 Cup all purpose flour
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 and 1/4 Cups white chocolate chips plus more to sprinkle on top
