1/4 cup of Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1 lb lean ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 egg
2-3 oz of fresh mozzarella, cut into 3/4 inch cubes- you will need 15 chunks
24 oz jar of your favorite pasta sauce
