With Summer beginning to peak out, I wanted to make something for the BBQ’s and picnics that lay ahead. Something fun for the adults (all I see on pinterest is fun food for the kids – which is awesome all about that – but this time it’s the adults turn). So I turned my thoughts to alcohol and fruit. YUM!

1 pound of strawberries, washed and sliced
1 pound of cut pineapple
1 pound of grapes, washed and cut if desired
1 1/2 C vanilla vodka
1 pound of cut pineapple
1 pound of grapes, washed and cut if desired
1 1/2 C vanilla vodka
Place fruit into a cake pan (I used one that had a lid for easiness)
Pour vodka over fruit
Refrigerate for at least 24 hours (the longer you store the drunker the fruit gets)
