Drunken Apple Pork Chops

Pork chops smothered in a sweet beer based sauce.

4 boneless pork chops
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 bottle Shocktop Honey Crisp Beer
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worstershire Sauce
2 tablespoons flour
1 apple
Heat pan with a little olive oil. Once hot brown the pork chops on both sides. While the chop is browning mix all other ingredients into a bowl. After the pork chop is browned on both sides pour the mixture into the pan. Chop the apple into bite sized pieces and stir into the mixture. Let simmer uncovered for 30 minutes or until the pork chop is cooked through. The sauce should thicken as the pork chops cook. Serve hot. *You can substitute any beer but choose a darker beer and leave out the apple if you choose. This will not give you the sweeter apple flavor but still delicious!
