This Creamy Dulce de Leche hot chocolate is your go to drink this winter. It’s rich, creamy and delicious!

600ml (20fl oz) Milk
60ml (2fl oz) Heavy Cream
4 Heaped Tablespoons Dulce de Leche (or caramel)
4 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
For the whipped cream (optional)
100ml Heavy Cream
2 Tablespoons Icing Sugar
