Duo chocolate pudding

Chocolate pudding :
1 packet gelatin white powder
600 ml milk
150 grams of sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder , dissolved in 3 tablespoons lukewarm water
1 egg white , beaten stiff
Milk pudding :
1 packet gelatin white powder
600 ml milk
150 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon buttermilk paste
1 egg white , beaten stiff
Milk chocolate pudding :
1 packet gelatin white powder
600 ml milk
150 grams of sugar
1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder , dissolved in 1 tablespoon lukewarm water
1 egg white , beaten stiff
Chocolate pudding : boiled gelatin , milk , and sugar to the boil . Take a little dough jelly , mixed with cocoa powder and stir . Pour into jelly boiled , stir and boil rapidly until fused . Lift and remove the steam heat . Pour batter into a gelatinous egg white , shake , stir well . Pour pudding into a glass , let cool .
