Easiest Beer Bread

Two ingredients! A hearty loaf that stands up well alongside stews and soups.

1 can beer
3 cups bisquick or krusteaz-type biscuit mix
Mix the ingredients until well blended, but do not overmix (this makes the bread tough). Allow to rest for a few minutes before pouring into a greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Test in the center with a toothpick or cake tester, which should come out clean.
