These yummy and easy cookies have fiber and vitamins in them that regular cookies just don't offer, so you can feel better about eating them!

1 Cup Sugar
½ Cup Oil
1 Egg
1 15 oz Can of Pumpkin
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Milk
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Flour
1 ½ Cups Chocolate Chips
½ Cup Oil
1 Egg
1 15 oz Can of Pumpkin
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Milk
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Flour
1 ½ Cups Chocolate Chips
1. Preheat oven to 370° and spray cookie sheet with Pam (or grease sheet if you’d rather).
2. Mix together sugar and oil.
