Easy and Versatile Homemade Granola

This simple and versatile granola is ready in less than an hour. My entire family, from my 3 year old to my husband love this recipe for breakfast, or even just a quick snack!

4 cups of Old Fashioned Oats
1 1/2 cups of Nuts (sliced Almonds, chopped Pecans or Walnuts, whatever you like)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Oil
1/4 cup Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Optional: flax seed, wheat germ, raw sunflower seeds, dried fruit or berries
