This Easy Antipasto Salad is bursting with Italian flavors and is perfect as an appetizer, side dish or light meal. You’ve got to make this!

1lb rotini pasta (cooked, cooled, and drained)
1 1/2 cup black olives (halved)
1 cup artichoke hearts (quartered)
8oz mozzarella cheese (cubed)
8oz pepperoni (chopped)
1 cup zucchini (chopped)
1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
12oz italian dressing
