Just your basic and tasty apple pie.

Crust:
2 cups flour
2/3 cup shortening
1/4 cup sugar
8 T water
Filling:
4 Red Washington apples (peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 T cinnamon
2 t corn starch
