Easy Beef Stew

COOK: 1 3/4 hrs. MAKES: 8 Servings I like to serve it topped with a Cheddar Bay Biscuit.

1 pound Pearl Onions or 1 Onion, chop
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 1/2 pounds Sirloin Steak, cubed
1/2 Cup Flour
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
6 Cups Beef Broth
5 Celery, chop, optional
5 Carrots, peel and chop
4 Golden Potatoes, cube
1 Cup Peas or Green Beans, thaw
8 oz. Button Mushrooms, quarter, optional
1 teaspoon Browning Sauce, optional
Lightly brown Onions in Oil, remove with slotted spoon. Toss Beef cubes in Flour seasoned with Salt & Pepper, brown in Oil. Add Broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat simmer covered 1 hour until tender. Add...
