6 slices thick cut bacon chopped and fried
Dry Ingredients
1 1/2 cup corn meal
1 1/2 cup All purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Wet Ingredients
3 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup sour cream
1 cup beer
1/2 cup melted butter
