This easy Black Bean Mango Salsa is delicious and makes a great appetizer or topping for grilled chicken or even for fish tacos!

1 can (15 oz) black beans rinsed
1 large mango peeled & diced
1/2 medium red onion diced
1/4 cup cilantro chopped
2 medium limes juiced
1 lime zested
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

In a medium size bowl add 1 can of black beans that have been rinsed thoroughly.
Peel and dice 1 mango and 1/2 of a red onion and add to black beans.
Chop cilantro and add to bowl.
