Easy Chicken Parmesan Soup

This soup is something you will want to add to your menu immediately! It’s so simple to throw together and is perfect for those busy weeknights when you need a fast and filling dinner.

1 lb. frozen chicken tenders
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion ( diced )
3 cloves garlic ( minced )
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
4 c. low-sodium chicken broth
8 oz penne pasta ( uncooked )
1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan
1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
salt and pepper to taste
fresh parsley ( for garnish optional )
