8 ounces Crab or Imitation Crab, shred
1 Stalk Celery, dice
1/2 Cup Salad Dressing
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Sugar ( Opt. )
1/4 teaspoon Celery Seed
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
