Easy Crockpot 3 Cheese Chcken Alfredo

The name says it all. This dish is so easy to prepare and so delicious.

1 (16 oz) box penne pasta
2 jars Alfredo sauce
1 cup sour cream
15 oz ricotta cheese
2 tsp minced garlic
2 cups cooked diced chicken
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 tsp parsley
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Boil the pasta according to directions on box, drain, and set aside. 2. To the crock pot, add everything except the chicken and pasta. Stir well to combine. 3. Add chicken and pasta and toss lightly. 4. Cook on low for 2-3 hrs. Sprinkle with a little more shredded parmesan cheese and serve with warm garlic bread. Enjoy!
