Easy Crockpot Hashbrown Potato Soup

So easy, and so good. My daughter has been wanting potato soup so I came up with this...

1 bag frozen hash browns - all I had was shredded and they worked perfect!
2 (14oz) cans chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
8oz cream cheese
1/4c cooked bacon bits
1/2c chopped onion
1/2c chopped green pepper
1/3tsp black pepper
salt to tast
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Put the hashbrowns in frozen. Cook in crock pot on low for 5hours. Stir in 8oz block of cream cheese, cook 30 minutes, stir occasionally. Garnish with shredded cheese
