Easy Croissants With Jam

Very easy and quick recipe.

Unleavened Puff pastry (or sweet)
Any jam
flour
1 egg
Ready puff pastry can be bought in almost any supermarket. The main thing that it can be stored in the freezer for a long time, and if you really want quick and easy croissants, you can prepare them at home. Defrost the puff pastry, roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut it into long triangles. In the blunt end of a triangle put jam and start tightly roll croissant. Top spread with egg, beaten with a little water. Bake at 200 C 20-30 minutes, until they are flushed. Bon Appetite!
