PREP: Grease Quiche Dish Preheat: Oven 400 F. Bake: 30 min. MAKES: 6 Servings

4 Eggs, beaten or Egg Substitute
3/4 Cup Milk
2 dashes Hot Pepper Sauce
1 Cup shredded Swiss or Cheddar Cheese, Tossed with 1 T. Flour
Dash Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
3/4 Cup Pepperoni, Ham, Chop, or Ground cooked Sausage, divided
1 Cup Cheddar or Swiss Cheese, shredded
1/2 Cup Green or Red Pepper, diced, optional
3 Scallions, optional
3/4 Cup Blanched Asparagus, optional
4 ounces Mushrooms, canned, sliced, optional
3/4 Cup Milk
2 dashes Hot Pepper Sauce
1 Cup shredded Swiss or Cheddar Cheese, Tossed with 1 T. Flour
