Fluffy Strawberry Mousse. This is a wonderful soft, fluffy and creamy dessert, perfect for any occasion! I have chosen to make this mousse egg free. It is usual for a 'proper' mousse to use whipped raw egg whites to give it the lightness, however, I know many people do not like to use raw eggs, so this is my version of an egg free mousse! You can also use other soft berries if you wish. Just stick to the quantities I have listed below and you will be fine. So let's see how easy it
